Jenelle Adams | President

A Paris, IL native, Jenelle is a proud graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Administration and Program Management. Before joining Prospect Bank, she served as Operations Manager at the Peoria Civic Center and as Human Resources Supervisor at a leading automotive lighting systems supplier in North America. In 2025, Jenelle was appointed President of Prospect Bank. As President, she plans to streamline decision making by focusing on meaningful data trends and fostering growth within Prospect Bank’s team to achieve the bank’s strategic goal of reaching the $1 billion asset milestone. She joined the bank in December 2010 and is committed to enhancing its culture. Jenelle also holds positions on the Holding Company Board for Edgar County Banc Shares Inc and the Paris Economic Development Board of Directors. She co-founded the Prospect Community Foundation and currently chairs its Board, demonstrating her dedication to community involvement. Jenelle is actively engaged in various nonprofit boards and activities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Marty and daughter Nora, cherishing moments with friends and family.
