- List of current creditors of your farming operation.
- Listing of all your current farm machinery implements.
- Records of your past 2 years of production on your current farms.
- Balance Sheets & Income Statements (Schedule F is acceptable) for the past 3 years of your farming operation.
Once you complete the application and hit submit, Adobe Sign will send you an email to verify your email address. After email verification, you will receive notice from Adobe Sign that your application has been successfully submitted.
